That, my friends, is a green laser on Julio Lugo during his at-bat in an 8-4 game against the Phillies in Philadelphia. I happen to own a green laser, and it most certainly reaches Fenway Park from my dorm, although certainly not the playing field.
Whoever was doing this caused quite the ruckus, leading to a stoppage of play during a Pujols at-bat. The announcers called it "ridiculous" and "dangerous," but I mostly found it hilarious.
